I have walked most of the recognised ‘ways’ in Scotland as well as some in England. In May 2008 I walked the recently opened Kintyre Way with a group from my fitness club. I am a member of the 77 Fitness Club coached by Morris and I work hard at keeping myself fit and healthy. I joined the group for my first walk from Dundee to Arbroath and was immediately hooked on coastal walking. The almost daily changes in terrain from beaches to cliff tops, the never ending variety of wildlife and not least the many friendly and interesting people we meet will undoubtedly make this adventure one of the most memorable achievements of my life.
